Welcome to BurroPets. By accessing or using our website, services, or products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Services
BurroPets provides rentals of pet enrichment products, including but not limited to food puzzles, interactive toys, and enrichment equipment (“Products”). Availability of specific Products may vary, and BurroPets reserves the right to substitute or remove items from its catalog at any time.
2. Rental Policy
- Rental Period: Standard rental is 3 weeks per Product unless otherwise specified.
- Returns: Products must be returned on or before the due date in clean, undamaged condition.
- Late Returns: Late fees may apply if Products are not returned on time.
- Damage or Loss: Customers are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement if Products are returned heavily damaged beyond normal wear and tear, or not returned at all. Not returned items are subject to account closure and an additional charge.
3. Hygiene and Safety
- BurroPets cleans and inspects all Products before each rental.
- Customers are responsible for cleaning Products during the rental period and ensuring they are suitable for their pet’s size, age, and abilities.
- BurroPets is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while using rented Products. Pet owners assume full responsibility for monitoring their pets during use.
4. Memberships and Subscriptions
If you purchase a membership or subscription (e.g., “Puzzle Club”):
- Fees are billed on a recurring basis until canceled.
- Cancellations must be made prior to the next billing date.
- Benefits and pricing of memberships are subject to change with prior notice.
5. Payments
- All payments must be made through the payment methods offered on our website.
- Taxes and fees may apply based on location.
- BurroPets reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.
6. Intellectual Property
All originally created content on the BurroPets website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of BurroPets and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
7. Liability
BurroPets is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our Products. Customers accept full responsibility for the safety and well-being of their pets when using rented Products.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected by BurroPets will be saved only for BurroPets use. We do not share customer information with third parties except as required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from use of our services will be handled in the courts of Ontario.
